One of GSRC’s service areas is Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA). GSRC’s HAZMAT scientists have performed hundreds of Phase I ESA surveys in the southern and southwestern United States. These field investigations have included inspections for Above Ground and Under Ground Storage Tanks (AST / UST), leaking ASTs and USTs, asbestos, hazardous substances, solvents, and potential Superfund sites.
