Liz Ayarbe-Perez
GIS Specialist

Ms. Ayarbe-Perez has over 12 years of experience in Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Ms. Ayarbe-Perez's background and work experience includes management and implementation of an enterprise database, New Mexico water right adjudication process, land use classification, cadastral mapping, ownership delineation and document research. She managed GIS implementation at 6 New Mexico Counties and implemented and managed ArcServer at Fort Bliss Military Installation's Directorate of Public Works (DPW). She has worked in Federal, state, and county government offices. She has experience working in ESRI's suite of software version 10 and below, including ArcIMS, ArcGIS Server, ArcSDE, ArcPad, and ArcExplorer. She also has experience with AutoCAD, Pathfinder Office, Microsoft Access, and Microsoft SQL Server 2005.

Her main responsibilities include data and theme construction, spatial analysis of geographic data, database creation/management, cartographic design, and geographic data analysis for biological/environmental reports. She has provided both on-and-off-site support to GSRC clients. Mrs. Ayarbe-Perez has assisted in preparing NEPA documents for projects in Florida, Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, New York, and California.

Ms. Ayarbe-Perez received a Master of Science degree in Geography and a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography and Urban and Regional Planning from New Mexico State University.
