Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA)
One of GSRC’s service areas is Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA). GSRC’s HAZMAT scientists have performed hundreds of Phase I ESA surveys in the southern and southwestern United States. These field investigations have included inspections for Above Ground and Under Ground Storage Tanks (AST / UST), leaking ASTs and USTs, asbestos, hazardous substances, solvents, and potential Superfund sites.

  • Silverbell Training Facility, Tucson, Arizona
  • Temecula Station, San Diego, California
  • For the Excess of Real Property, Texas Highway 1017, Near Hebbronville, Texas
  • 123-acre Property Acquisition, San Diego, California
  • For Future Leasing Acquisition of 10 acres of Vacant Land for Air and Marine Operations Center Located at March Air Force Base, California
  • For the Proposed Acquisition of a 50-acre site for the Wellton Station, Arizona
  • Seven Phase I ESAs for the Greenlight Program throughout Baton Rouge, Louisiana
  • Two Phase I ESAs at Nellis AFB, Nevada
